Bamboo was a welcome find on a very rainy night! We arrived around 6 PM on a Friday, and thanks to the weather, it wasn't too busy—a lucky break, as I suspect it's usually packed. The food was good, featuring an interesting menu designed for sharing. We sampled several dishes, which are generally smaller and perfect for a group. The location is great, situated right in the middle of the pedestrian walkway. Patio dining on a nice day would be worth checking out. It's tasty, but expensive. You can find better value elsewhere. Also, the menu posted outside has old prices. We were surprised when our take-out orders were about 10% more expensive.
This is not the place where you stuff your face on cheap sushi. The quality of the food here is incredibly high. I had the flight of salmon, that was some of the best bites I've ever had. Not cheap, but worth it in my opinion. The staff is always some of the friendliest people I've met and really elevate the dining experience.
Great for sushi, but not much else to make it amazing. You get what you would except, which is already very good. Modern inside.
