Bought a gift card for my wife’s birthday, asked to add enough for 20% tip, and they happily took my money. Then when she redeemed they said they couldn’t take tip from gift card. $90 mani pedi is apparently super expensive, and now my wife has an $18 balance she will never use. Whomp.

Today was the second time I had made an online appointment, and there was a mistake on their end, and they couldn't honor it. No apologies. Just that I had double booked. In fact, they had double booked. Bad business.
