Very non-professional owner and staff. Had an okay massage, but the room was dirty, carpet filthy as well as the dingy stained sheets and blankets. I accidentally went into the back room on my way to the restroom and entered what I thought was the break room. Dirty dishes piled up a mile high on the table and in the sink. Floor was filthy too. Wish I had read these reviews prior to purchasing my Groupon for a Shellac mani/spa pedi. Will not be going back to this place, ever. Once again I am reminded as to why I typically hate getting manicures. I do a much better job myself. This time was no exception. I've never had a shellac manicure before so I didn't really know what to expect. Seriously hated it - spent an hour tearing it all off as soon as I got home and did my own manicure. I bought a groupon for a shellac manicure, and then read the reviews and was concerned. I almost cancelled my appointment, but went anyway. On the way, I got lost so called the salon. The person who answered was friendly and gave good directions. I did not see any trash, cups etc. lying around. but the service was great and the manicure perfect.
