I ALWAYS book an appointment my one negativity id say is I'm never taken on time and when customers walk in she goes into turbo mode on my nails and my nails suffer because of it. I understand the place is busy and as a business you want to be able to please all of your customers but, you can't take everyone and sometimes you need to tell customers you aren't able to accommodate them, especially if it is at the cost to compromise the client that is already in your chair.
