First time there and I loved it! Christine was awesome and did a wonderful job. The atmosphere and music are so relaxing. Staff is friendly and professional. I will definitely be going again.

First time at Bamboo! Great pedicure! Very relaxing! I even liked the massage chairs! Very happy with my pedi and will definitely go again soon!
Very nice and the best part about it is my mom leaves happy and she feels loved. She hasn't received a service from you all because of her Alzheimer's and now knee, but as she waits sitting on couch she has the best conversations with all the staff. � Thank you

Absolutely horrible professionalism and customer service! I had my monthly 0900 facial appointment. Also had a pedicure scheduled today. I arrive on-time. Another lady arrives for an eyebrow wax and pedicure appointment. While I'm using the restroom before walking into the facial room, another employee "squeezes" in this other customer's eyebrow wax. So now, I'm having to WAIT for an appointment I scheduled LAST month. I asked why couldn't the other customer start her pedicure first instead of making me wait. No rationale. 0... read more

hi Ms Anna, as a manager, I'm terribly sorry for the situation! We should have never made you waited for your services as you arrived in time for the services! The customer we took for the eyebrows actually was also an appointment who we had in our book; however, our technicians should never have handled the situation that way. They claimed that they asked for your permission , but that not an excuse for the situation in anyway! Once again, we apologize for the situation and will be contacting you soon to correct it.
The staff at Bamboo Nails & Spa is the best. The staff takes their time to care for clients to make them feel like they are in paradise. The service prices are great too. I have been to this spa twice and I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends. Bamboo Nails & Spa is the bomb-dot-com. :)
