The massage was great i would have probably become a regular if it wasnt for how they wanted to tell you how much to tip. Paid 60+ for an hour massage and i said id tip 20 which is generous but the lady said something about covid and wanted 40+ or more. I ended up tipping 30 because the massage was honestly good. I couldve gone home feeling great instead however i felt frustrated which defeated the purpose of the massage in the first place. For that i am never coming back. Good massage, unreasonable tipping requests

Beware! Tip Greedy and Demanding! I went in today hoping for a comfortable, approachable experience since this spa seems more casual and less demanding about tips-but I was disappointed. First, they charged an extra $3 fee to my card, which was unexpected. Then they were about to charge my card another five dollars on top of leaving tip. I had a 45-minute massage and planned to leave a tip of $10-$15 which I had looked up as a fair amount. I had a very frustrating experience. I called ahead to ask if they accepted walk-ins or appointments, and the woman on the phone told me to come in. When I arrived, she abruptly said they were too busy and seemed very dismissive. She told me to return when they are not busy. I asked when I should return, when would they not be busy? Her response was that she didn’t know. The lack of communication and courtesy was disappointing and made the whole interaction feel unprofessional. I won’t be returning

Aufgrund der positiven Bewertungen habe ich diesen Ort für eine einstündige Massage ausprobiert. Die Massage zu sanft und auch nach dem ich die Masseurin darauf hingewiesen habe, hat sie leider mit der gleichen Intensität weitergemacht. Die größte Enttäuschung war jedoch, dass die Massage genau 40 Minuten gedauert hat. Beim Verlassen hat sie auf ein Trinkgeld von 20$ bestanden und behauptet, dass die Massage eine Stunde gedauert hat. Alles zusammengefasst kann ich diesen Ort nicht weiter empfehlen.
