My wife and I paid Bamboo Living $252,969.66 for a bamboo house kit along with design and architectural services for a fully approved permit to build our home. Bamboo Living submitted a useless permit application to the county with gross omissions such as no plumbing plan included. Bamboo living …… My experience with them sadly otherwise, paid a packet to BL …….. hosted their trip & stay in India, even visited their factory in Vietnam & met up in Hawaii ….. paid for a home, never to receive ! What went wrong, where did i err ??

Terrible communication and follow through. I have been following up with them for 3 years now, and the only response I ever get is that they'll get back to me. I even went into the location and still came out with nothing from the face to face consultation. I can understand being booked up and having other projects underway, but in the meantime, you should be keeping in touch with those waiting for your services. Not avoiding them like the plague.
