I don’t normally post Google reviews but after reading some bad reviews (particularly about the cost of the food) I had to set the record straight. This restaurant and the food were exceptional!!! If you think about what it takes the restaurant to bring quality authentic Thai food to the middle of the jersey shore, then you know their prices are perfectly justified. I had to wait about 30 minutes to get a table which is no big deal. The only problem was I had to listen to the host deal with the walk ins. I don’t know if something went wrong tonight, but he seemed totally exasperated with every single customer. He got into an argument with a man about whether he had added his name to the list. Would rate 0 but google does not allow. I attempted to patronize bamboo after some suggestions by friends, however my attempt to do so was met with immense rudeness and condescension. I walked in and was completely ignored by the wait staff. At first I did not think anything of it, as it was quite busy. One of my very favorites. I always make a trip to Bamboo Leaf when I visit NJ. Have been coming here for 15+ years and it's consistently wonderful.
