Visited Bamboo House in Humble on Father's Day and the place was packed. We had to wait about 30–45 minutes for a table, which tells you how popular it is. We ordered the duck soup, half Peking duck, Bamboo House Special Beef Noodles, Spicy and Crispy Chicken, House Special Fried Rice, Green Beans with Minced BBQ Pork, and the Boiled Sliced Fish in Hot Sauce with steamed rice. We LOVE this place! The housemade special noodles are worth driving across town or flying in for. Which we did for our second trip. Very generous Crab Ragoons and super unique and tasty shrimp egg rolls - with a creamy filling. So nice! And the prices omg, more than fair for the quality and taste and amount of food you get!
