Didn’t even get to try the food because they are false advertising from the start. They have their digital menu screen and they show beautiful bowls with prices. The Italian bowl for example showed $14. When you click on it, it says that protein is not included and to make the Italian bowl as shown, you have to add the protein which is $10. So $24 just to have what’s shown in the photo. Entirely misleading. Wouldn’t recommend.
I love going to Bamboo restaurant. The staff is amazing, and the food is excellent. I would definitely recommend it!
The only reason this is 3 stars is because I requested no black plastic for my hot food (there are health issues including leaching of fire retardant chemicals in recycled black plastic when hot foods are placed in them) and they gave me black plastic anyways for the hot food I ordered. Maybe consider changing the food containers if you have a health food restaurant. It completely defeats the point.
Food was delicious but what was even better was the service. Dakota was phenomenal so nice and helpful. It was my first time here and Dakota made the experience wonderful. 10/10!
The food is great and so is the staff. However, it’s overpriced. I get it, it’s quality involved etc. but overpricing doesn’t justify it.
