I had previously given 5 starts but it is no longer Bamboo Fingers, the management has changed and I no longer recommend this salon. My favourite place to go to get my nails done for a personal as well as professional service. I always feel welcome and the staff are so lovely!
This review was written while Diep still owned the business, I can no longer attest to the business, their services or quality under the current owners. Best place for nails hands down! I've been coming here for years now and I keep coming back. They're so accommodating and make every visit so welcoming, professional with a personal touch.
I had laser treatment provided by Diep and had no issues, other than her being late sometimes. Since early February this year I've learned that there was an issue with the business, and Diep had no access to the premises of the salon. Sounds crazy enough. My issue is that I prepaid $150 for the service I have never received, and noone would give me a full refund now. Diep gave me a contact number for the new owner, who denies being such. Pretty unprofessional she gave up my daughters hair laser half way won’t return her messages or calls so basically half the work she had done was for nothing she cancelled saying she’s having problems with landlord my daughters booking canceled and she hasn’t picked my daughters call or replied to message since if you wanna throw your money in bin go to bamboo fingers she also likes to get involved in your personal life!
