I'm not one to overly complain but I have been to this restaurant twice now for the same lunch entree, the General Tso's chicken. The amount of food you get for the price is a bargain but here is my complaint. It's not always about the quantity, but for me, it's all about the quality. First time I called in my order, everything I had was OK except the chicken, pieces were cut way too small and way overcooked. We placed a takeout order by phone to Bamboo Express at Grant’s Ferry in Flowood. The young man that assisted the call was most pleasant and very respectful, not rushing us since we had a question or two. When we picked up the order, again, everyone was very pleasant and our order was packed and ready. The best part, though, is the food was absolutely delicious. The steak was tuff and the chicken was kind of bland. Everything else was good.
