This is a great place for some fresh and tasty Asian (Laotian, Thai, and Vietnamese) food. They have a nice assortment of drinks including what I am told, is very good boba (I don't do boba!). Absolutely love bamboo bistro! It is great to have such a delicious Vietnamese restaurant right in town. The pho is always hot and tastes delicious with loads of flavor. Their mango sticky rice is the best as well! Highly recommend.
Here’s my honest review. Overall, the food was enjoyable. I ordered pho. She felt the broth leaned a bit on the salty side, which seems consistent with other reviews, though I personally did not find it to be an issue. The chicken spring rolls were the main disappointment. For the price, the portion of chicken was noticeably small, even though the peanut sauce was a reasonable size. Ordered the vermicelli noodle bowl w/pork - it’s like a refreshing noodle salad! It was good but I’d recommend w/shrimp! Also ordered pho…it was light, slightly bland. Not as rich in broth/flavor as compared to typical Vietnamese spots! Service was great. Food was meh.
