Let me start by saying: I LOVE Bamboo. Like, genuinely, deeply, emotionally attached to Bamboo. When I was pregnant, I ate Bamboo MULTIPLE times a week for the ENTIRE nine months. My baby was basically 30% Bamboo at that point. I was loyal. I was committed. I was a woman in love with some good food. Unfortunately, I have since moved away from Joplin. The worst service I have ever received and the nastiest egg drop soup ever. It taste like grease and not egg drop soup and this is after having to go back and get a new soup because the first one had onions in it and I am allergic to onions. Oh and FYI I drove a semi and have ate at different Chinese restaurants from all 48 continental United States.
The girl in the front is so sweet. I guess her name is Elina or something, I might be wrong. Liked the food. Loved atmosphere and service.
They were very busy. Employee was pleasant, helpful and kind. Space was clean and well kept. Food was disappointingly awful. Chicken was so tough we couldn't eat and the crab rangoons were so small and burnt, I did eat my rice.
