Made appointment to have awning repaired. Also had some issues with roof. Service manager inspected roof, came down, got in golf cart and drove off leaving us standing in parking lot. Approximately 20 min later he came back and said he would need to make estimate. Told him I wouldn't take up his time since I was leaving RV for repair. He said would get back to me in 2 days.
