Went in to try and talk to someone about getting menus printed, sat in front waiting area for a good 10 minutes without being acknowledged or greeted by anyone. After about 10 minutes of waiting someone walks out of back area I say hello and he then walked right by us like we weren't even there. He went outside for something came back in then went right in the back work area closing the door on us.
The experience here is like a bad restaurant with good food. Yes the food smells good, but its served on a dirty plate, by someone with poor communication skills who does not value your business and continually makes you ask for stuff that should be automatic, but makes you wait extra long for it and gets annoyed or ignores you when you ask or try remind them. Very accommodating. Allowed for multiple revisions to our design free of charge. Willingness to work to a specific time frame and ensure that the final product is exactly what the customer desires.I have called several times for last minute orders, and changes without hesitation.
