Won't deliver 18 miles away from plant, say it's just outside of there range. Wouldn't use them again if I was right next door. What kind of company only does business within 15 miles? Not a very good one, that's what kind.
Wouldn’t use them again. Driveway looks terrible! They got us to pay extra for calcium (something to protect it from the cold) so that it would dry properly, however our driveway looks terrible. Looks like most of it still isn’t dry after 8 months. Called Mike several times to discuss it, he sent someone out once, said it was still drying. Called again after about 3 months of it being laid, saying he wasn’t sure what he could do about it and never seen this happen before. Until today, I've never heard of a company attempting to pull into someone's yard, sinking their truck, and then forcing the customer to pay for the tow truck to get the concrete truck unstuck. Seems like maybe the driver should have checked before he pulled onto ground that has been saturated from recent rainfall. I'm pretty sure they won't fix the huge ruts they left in the yard either...
