Absolutely horrible service and follow-up. I purchased a Sportsman 850 from them a purchased GAP and 5-year extended warranty from them. I sold the ATV 20 months later and contacted them to cancel the GAP and extended warranty on 8/24. 2 months later I still haven't received my proration refund, and they won't return my calls. I live 3 hours away, so I can't drive to the location. I reached out to Polaris Corporate, and they informed me that I should be receiving $1,300.00. I took my machine to be repaired, i specifically showed them what i wanted them to look at. They called me to pick up the machine and had repaired the opposite side. When i told them, they admitted they dont know how they missed that and they fixed the other side beside it was broken also but we never seen that side to be broken. I have a clear pic of the side we asked them to fix. In really believe they fixed the wrong side. Then they had the audacity to tell us they would repair the other side but for a fee. Heck no. I am not the type to leave a review but i feel like this is necessary. I took my machine to Bama Buggies and specifically showed them what i wanted them to look at and fix but they fixed the opposite side. When i took my machine back to show them they was like oh wow our mistake, we fixed the other side because it was broken. This is a great dealership that is fill with people that are willing to help and is just a real laid back environment, which makes you feel comfortable while buying!
