Today I went to the store on Woodward Ave in Muscle, AL, and purchased some oil for my braids I put in after leaving the store. I took the bag given to me and placed it on my front seat, and went to my hair appointment. When I got home, getting items out of the car, oil was all over the passenger seat in the bag, and the top was not closed as it should have been.
