I had my windshield replaced by Bama about a year ago because they offered to do it without recalibration and for less than my insurance deductible. About 8 months after installation, a crack suddenly appeared at the top center of the glass and spread quickly—within a week it ran across the entire windshield. I called and spoke with the owner, explained it looked like a stress crack, and sent a photo as requested.
