Came out over a week ago and still hasn't sent a quote for the work that needs done. Seemed annoyed when I called to ask about it.

Mr. William Hyde is the owner of Bama Air, if I'm correct. He came out on Friday, September 20th to evaluate the cooling/heating needs of my mobile home. It's been 8 days of trying to contact him via phone and texts, but I haven't heard back from him at all. He said he'd text me estimates on 3 different types of systems by the middle of this past week. I can understand if he's extremely busy, but a simple call or text to a customer is basic common courtesy. Needless to say, I have lost his trust and will not be using his ser... read more
Terrible customer service and they can never answer the phone. They blew the transformer on our unit at their own fault and refused to replace it. I would never recommend anyone use this company ever
