This company installed a central unit that gradually leaked freon over a years time until it quit working. Which I understand sometimes things get missed or something happens. So I reached out on Friday at 2:36pm with no answer, I left a voicemail with all the details and info about my issue. I don’t hear back till today which is Tuesday the next week at 7:54 am. I recently had a new A/C unit installed, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The entire team was professional, courteous, and arrived on time. Great service and very respectful. Chad fuller was great and Only charged a service call and explained everything as he went. I will definitely call bama again
Won't return call tried contact him 2 days in a row no reaponse. He installed my unit and I'm having problems with my heat.
I texted at 8pm and they replied right away. Giving me tips and scheduling a service call for Friday. I’m grateful they were so nice while dealing with my panic. Thank u
