Overall, a very poor experience with this company. First group came out and were just about to start but it started raining outside. We asked if they could reschedule and they agreed to however they then came back and asked if they could just do the interiors today and exterior afterwards. I advised this was acceptable provided they did interior touchups when they did the outside. Second crew came on a Friday and did a terrible job. We have used BAM several times. Each visit has been very satisfactory...always on time, very thorough and respectful of our home. Jacob and Alec were here earlier this week and did a great job. The sky is much bluer and the foliage much greener through super clean windows. Thanks, guys!

The on-site quote from Jim (owner) was fair and accurate. The work done by two of his employees was thorough and professional. I'd like to complain that too much sunshine is now coming through our windows, but my wife is very happy about that! Well done, gentlemen!
