I'm an Electrical Engineer and travel often with sensitive equipment. I have used storage facilities for short terms all around the country. This particular facility is one of the most professional, clean, and profoundly simple to setup, access, and also to close for service. Their Customer Service is top notch and the automation they have incorporated for setup, payment, access, etc., is a model that others should incorporate. Well done. Very well done.
Had trouble sorting out access. Rats destroyed all my things. Never had rats. Ever. Usually store belongings in open barns or even a tent a time or two. Got behind cause of the economy. Asked if I could pay an auction rate cause rat droppings and piss carry several potential health concerns. They refused and put my storage up for auction and wouldn't tell me where so I could have one of the kids bid on it or something. RATS PISSED ON EVERYTHING AND DESTROYED GOD KNOWS WHAT!!!
