Had an unpleasant problem with the head on our commercial charter boat. Called BAM at 9:50a and Bill quickly answered the phone. He explained that he typically didn"t work on boats but would come out and see what he could do to get us flushing again. Bill and team arrived a few minutes before the promised time and immediately went to work. Highly recommend BAM mobile RV. Great communication, great price, fast service; I came in from out of town with my fridge not working, he showed up in 5 minutes, got a new fridge swapped in same day.
Called him on late afternoon on Wednesday that one of my kitchen windows of my rv was shader came Thursday morning took it off fixed it and had it back like nothing ever happened !!!
We had a plumbing problem when we set up after arrival at the Gulf Waters RV Resort in Port Aransas on a Saturday afternoon. We called the BAM technician, but he was already on a call and had another after that. He offered advice and made several suggestions about what to try to fix the problem. Unfortunately, the problem was more than I could take care of, so I had BAM come out the next day and they were able to identify the problem after a thorough, on-site inspection. Bill and Annette are the absolute best. I called and spoke with Bill, he and Annette showed up exactly when they said they would, and the repair was performed quickly and expertly. Friendly, competent, and efficient. Highly recommended!
