Absolutely terrible customer service. I ended up ordering the wrong parts (wrong model) and tried to return all the parts. I shipped them back exactly how they came to me, however they did not refund 2 of the parts because they said they didn't come back in their original boxes. They were not shipped to me in those boxes! After a couple back and forth emails they just stopped replying. So I paid for the items, paid for return shipping, and they didn't refund me a single dollar or even a discount code! Will never do business ... read more
They have advertised pricing for drives on their web page with todays date on it that they do not honor. On a phone call they say it's incorrect and increase over $1000. Through emails, while sending screenshots of THEIR page dated on that same day, with a website changed price after our correspondence that is roughly equal to phone call price, which was fair by the way, they respond with a quoted price almost $2000 higher. CANNOT get a straight away price or answer out of them. Took business elsewhere.
