We've had several false fire alarms this year at all times of the night with no explanation or communication from the office. It typically alarms for over an hour each event. The intercom hasn't worked for months with no follow up communication for a fix and they blame this on their vendor. The parcel room has had a broken lock for days now. Sleep torture best describes the experience. Multiple occurrences since they have taken over the complex. Three in the past two weeks. Built in fire alarms that are so loud they'll damage your hearing. These alarms tend to go off in the middle of the night, as well as during pouring rain and damaging thunderstorms. Resident from Feb 14, 2026 to present. Leasing agents are friendly and enthusiastic. Maintenance team is efficient and professional. Unit itself has a minor moisture issue (slab foundation near pond in high water table) and mildew/mold can be smelled though unseen. Otherwise, unit layout is functional and comfortable. Overall, very pleasant experience thus far!
I’ve lived here 3+ years. I enjoy my apartment and the location of the property within Whitestown. There are maintenance issues not addressed lingering for quite some time. They include dead bushes, weeds in the mulch beds (some growing to sizes of small trees - stink trees) and paint maintenance on the exterior doors to the buildings as well as fixing drywall dings, marks, smudges and need for paint.
