Extremely poor management services that doesn’t give anyone the benefit of the doubt also extremely greedy for money. They lied throughout the application process. They are not to be trusted.
My experience with this property management company and ownership group has been extremely disappointing. I contacted management six days ago regarding a serious issue and, despite multiple follow-ups, have received absolutely no response whatsoever, not even an acknowledgment. I am writing this review to warn other renters about my recent (and current/ongoing) experience with BAM Management, who oversees Canal Flats Apartments in Fort Wayne, IN.
