Save yourself the headache and your hard earned money and avoid these CROOKS...Mark Spencer was the worst mistake we ever encountered.
I honestly wish that I could give this company a negative start. They are completely fraudulent and do not have an actual GC license. They will take your money and use it to fund other projects. They have outright admitted to mishandling funds, and yet still will not return back the money they stole. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! The owners should be completely ashamed of themselves. They are stealing and hurting families, don’t let yours be next!
This company is a complete FRAUD!!!! DO NOT go to them!!! They will take your money and never actually do any work. We are currently filing suit against them. BEWARE!!!
I would give ZERO starts if I could .BAM is a fraudulent company. They advertise as a general contractor but DO NOT have a general contractor license in the state of Florida. The defrauded my elderly mother on $60,000 for a fire rebuilt and supplies. Mark Spencer, Annabelle Harris, Ben McCoy are the owners of the company and none of them have any licenses to function under the construction umbrella to do any contractors work. This company took a $5000 deposit for concrete and a $300 non refundable fee for engineering plans (this was in October 2021). They are not responsive, dismissive, and take no blame. I would never recommend anyone use this company unless you don’t actually want anything done and you want them to steal your money. Trying to resolve my issue with the BBB now, but small claims may have to be the next step.
