This is a hard review to write. I have used BAM Electric in the past and been very happy with them. But...in November 2022 I inquired about having thermostats for electric baseboard heaters changed. Some, with “normal” high voltage units were changed with no problem, but 4 were a low voltage type requiring a relay to work and I was told the relays would be difficult, if not impossible, to locate and replacement units would be hard to find. Not run in a professional manner. There are other options available that deserve your business more.
Brock and his team are FANTASTIC to work with. We contacted BAM Electrical to hook up our Hot Tub. Brock came to do a quote and gave us some great advice on where to place the material (wiring). When he left our home, we felt so confident to work with him. The team showed up on "job day" on time and got to work right away.
