What can I say, I was broken down with a dead alternator just outside of Boston Bar. Called for a tow back to Hope. The people at Bam Automotive saved the day. Not only were they able to get the part, it was installed and I was back on the road that afternoon. Excellent service, friendly, caring and efficient staff, made a not so great situation so much better. Thank you to Matt and his great staff. Would highly recommend them.
I went in for a diagnostic for my 2008 Acura TSX. I was told it be $30 , Matt the mechanic said it can one to five things. He ordered me a gas pedal for $385. Actually all the TSX needed a reset. I left $120 with him since they only take cash. He kept my money and didn’t do any work on TSX. Matt is a total Scam Artist. Please don’t TRUST BAM Automotive in Hope. Matt will rip you off.
