Totally awesome! Super quick to diagnose the problem, very reasonable pricing, and he actually takes the time to show you what’s happening and explain why he’s making each repair. I had a bad serpentine belt and pulley, and he had me back on the road in about two hours. If you get stuck in the area, I’d absolutely recommend calling here. Other shops I contacted didn’t even get back to me that day.
Great mechanics!! Brandon (owner) was very helpful and able to assist with our "walk-in". Other local shops weren't willing to even take a look. Big Bend Automotive was willing to take a look and ended up being something they could fix on the spot! Thank guys
The team at Big Bend Automotive Repair was extremely friendly, seemed to really care about wanting to take care of the truck. They were very clear on time frame, because the type of work they were doing, there's a possibility that it was going to take additional time depending on what they found once they got into it.
