Went there for a simple job only to have it done improperly, the owner I'm guessing offered for me to return and fix it. But really two hours of driving to fix their mistake on my dime is quite shitty instead of saying let's make it right and adjust your bill since we messed up. Amazing experience after dealing with major car issues. Brandon and his team came in on a Sunday — their day off and gave me an honest diagnosis. Brandon then drove my girlfriend, two golden retrievers and I into town. Best experience Ive ever had at a body shop!
I was a stranded traveler towed out of Black Gap WMA. The mechanics were honest hometown type of guys. They gave me a fair price for repairs and got me quickly back on the road back to New Brainfels. Thanks Big Bend Automotive!!! - James - and his dog Hondo
I recommend this shop. I had a flat in Big Bend National Park, found out the last person to work on my car cross threaded my lug nuts. Once we arrived the owner had the threaded part cut off and replace, then took the rim to the tire shop to have a new one put on and returned. They were friendly, professional and went way above to help. I'd use them in a heartbeat if I was in town again.
