Dont do it. Yes they make good coatings but working their and staying interested is a no go. The boss is cool and so are most of the employees but the job is very boring. They post about learning other jobs in the add but when u go to do it they stick u in the blast room all day for up to 12 hrs. Pay sucks too. People with degrees should make more and be a le to do more then people without them .
