I was so impressed with Gary and his quality of work! He came to my salon to install a power outlet and did a spectacular job. He cleaned up very thoroughly and even put everything back exactly where it went. I didn’t have to move anything back to where it belonged. And he was very accommodating, working with my schedule so that I wouldn’t have to cancel any of my appointments.

When our homebuilder didn’t finish the job, Balza Property Maintenance LLC came to the rescue! Gary is not scared to take on any project, and did everything possible to make sure we were satisfied. They are prompt and responsive and fair. Not everything goes according to plan every time, but they will work with you, not against you. 100% recommended!
