I was a walk in, and waited about 15 minutes. Cammy did exactly what I asked, and my nails look wonderful! She communicated clearly, and I will ask for her next time.

I visit the area every few weeks and needed a reliable and quality nail salon. After trying 3 different ones with disappointing results, I found Baly Nails! My first time here was almost 3 weeks ago for a full set and gel pedicure. Tata was my nail artist and she did a great job! The first set lasted 2.5 weeks with no lift, no polish chipping, and no cracking. Their pricing is reasonable but it’s their work that sets them apart. I have been here a few times and most recently asked for the builder gel/hard gel. This is the second time this has happened to me. Instead of the hard gel/builder gel, I was given a full set of acrylics and they are already peeling within a day of having them. My nails are also super thin. I have also gotten cut every time I've been there. I expect to get what I ask for when I get my nails done & have healthy nails, especially for the price.
