Could not recommend any more highly. Thoroughly satisfied. I was referred to the clinic late November 2025 and I would say my doctor saved my life. Dr. Norton, I believe, shows a genuine interest in her patients and I have found her to go above and beyond my expectations. I have a wonderful doctor here but the receptionists are awful, they will do absolutely anything they can NOT to help you, you are a receptionist not a doctor !
I do not recommend seeing Dr Ed Tsui. After coming to him with my chronic pain issue hoping he would set some fresh eyes on the case and maybe give me some new direction he *literally* threw my list of symptoms in my face and told me he had ‘real’ patients to attend to. You may be thinking there’s more to this story, there isn’t, even my Dad was shocked and appalled being there to witness his dismissal of me for what appeared to be absolutely no reason. Have been seeing Dr. Tsui for years and he is the best GP anyone could ask for. Thorough, helpful and a great person.
