Wonderful and kind staff that go over, above and beyond the call of duty. They received a call that our beautiful cat had been struck in a hit and run. They drove down to find him and bring him back to the clinic for care. We are beyond grateful that he spent his last moments with the lovely people at this caring clinic. Took my cat there when she was sick, they took her and insisted keeping her overnight. they qouted about 600-700 dollars. When I went in the morning to pick her up, they told me they had no idea what was wrong with her, they had given no medication or treatments, and then billed me 1300 to get my cat back saying that it was so much more then qouted for just in case she needed surgery although they never did do any surgery. One of best vet clinics in Eastern suburbs - Balwyn Central Vet. We love the staff, services, customer care and of course very pocket friendly. Thank you for being so amazing !
I can’t say enough good things about this vet! My dachshund usually gets really anxious meeting new people, but he was so calm and content here. I think the tasty treats helped win him over! The staff are incredibly friendly, patient, and made us both feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The prices are also very reasonable, which is such a bonus for the excellent care they provide. I’m so glad we found this place and will definitely be coming back.
