Their facilities are modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed to create a calm and welcoming environment. It’s clear they hold high standards in every aspect of their care. A fantastic clinic I trust completely.
Highly recommend. Our kitten was in pain following an accident at home. Another local vet refused to dispense pain relief unless X-rays were performed (quote was $753). That’s when I called Rose at Balwyn Central Vet who immediately assisted me. Ryan (the vet) somehow fit us in and provided excellent care to our kitten.
My daughter's cat was sick, vomited and diarrhea so we bought our cat to the clinic in the Christmas Eve. Dr. Ryan Wallace had prescribed the correct treatment and adviced a plain dietary which helped the cat recovering very quickly at home afterwards. Surprisingly my fussy eater cat liked to eat that plain food so much, he has been eating that as a supplement everyday. Thank you Dr. Ryan.
Dr. Marlena is very kind, professional and patient with my cat, highly recommend!
I found the fees to be too high. It would be nice if these were listed on the website and easily accessible. Of course it's a free market but you're missing on clients this way. Your choice. Will not return.
