Terrible customer service from the owner. Apparently won’t touch something with over 5k in damage without a sticker. when i literally brought it for a quote on repair. nothing else others than how much is it going to cost to fix it. i had the sticker also but i wanted to see how he’d speak to me first. he didn’t even want to go that far of just saying sure get me the sticker and if you like my quote i’ll do it. Terrible customer service wouldn’t spend my hard earned money on someone who deals with people like that.
Can't say enough about my experience at Balwin Collison. I am truly happy/satisfied with the workmanship, cost and staff. I found Tran to be helpful, friendly and honest. This is my second time here and both jobs done were great, and will be back to get them to fix a job that wasn't done properly by another business. Not only do they do body work, but they also offer to do brakes, oil change etc. So if you are looking for quality workmanship, honesty and great great rates, I highly recommend Balwin Collison.
