We had them install a gutter above a bay window. The quality of their work is ok, but their communications are lacking. They did not tell us when they were going to do the install so we were not available for answer questions. They left me a voicemail during the job about where to put the downspout and then decided themselves where to put it. When we realized it would cause drainage problems I asked a few weeks later about moving it and they wanted half the price of the original install to move the downspout.

Took a month and never got a estimate. The office couldn't even tell me when the estimater would call. Very unprofessional.
