I normally love their products and the staff but I bought some turkey yesterday and it has a strong chemical smell to it, I called to let them know and the young man was so condescending on the phone, they just lost a customer because of his terrible customer service. I asked to speak to somebody else and he said he’s the owner and the manager. I’m thinking they changed ownership because I had never seen him there before. Terrible way to handle a customer complaint!
