We are very happy with the work Balts construction did for us. They were very respectful of our property and did not leave a mess when they left at night. Some of the work was internal- insulating ceiling and 2 walls. They even worked on a weeked to get it done. Mark is the gentleman that really impressed us. He put in windows, patio doors and our bay window. He is so talented at what he does. He doesn't just slap the window in, he examines the opening and ponders over what problems may arise and the best way to install it. ... read more

Balts did an amazing job on my deck repair/refurbish! The contractors are friendly, knowledgeable, fair and up front. They guided me in a process I was unfamiliar with helped me make informed decisions that fit my budget. The crew was pleasant and considerate of my time and of the neighbors. Wow - excellent job on a difficult lift. They pointed out the difficulties and promised to do the best they could. Guess what? Perfect job for the quoted amount! Two nice guys who did the work were personable and friendly.
