Never showed up, but of course they charged my card the full $280 amount. I was originally scheduled for a cleaning on 1/11 and was contacted prior to them arriving asking to reschedule for the following day at the same time. The cleaner was supposed to show up between 2:00 pm and 3:00 pm. After 3:15 I texted the number that reached out to me, also called it and left a message, called the number provided online, and texted their Google number, and haven't heard anything from them since reaching out. Scheduled a move in/out cleaning with 8-9am arrival time. No one showed up until after 10am. Multiple calls and text messages to business went unanswered. Many issues with the cleaning service. Multiple things do not appear to have been cleaned. Will not use this company in future and would 100% not recommend to anyone.
I recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable cleaner- I can always count on them to do a great job!
