I have been a patient at BW Eye for well over a decade. During my last visit, I waited 2 hours to be seen by my doctor. I had to have been one of the first patients of the day with my arrival time being in the 8am hour. I told the technician I had to return to work as it was getting closer to 10am. As a nurse myself, I understand most circumstances and was letting this situation roll. I recently had cataract surgery on both my eyes by Dr. Aggarwal. I'm amazed of how improved my vision is, she did a wonderful job. I was apprehensive about having the procedure, however the professionalism of the entire staff helped put my mind at ease.
