My children have been to the Glen Burnie office and Waugh Chapel the past 3-4 years and they were very good. Did mgmt change at Waugh Chapel? They called me a few months ago to reschedule the 3 kids appts. due to COVID. I called and left a msg to reschedule. Never heard back from them and I called them a day or two before the initial appt. Been with BWeye for the past few years, but the service has declined since Dr. McKay and the other previous employees left. My eye examination appt was lost at the end of this year and they were unable to get me in when needed. My wife kept her appt and never received a call from when her glasses were ready. This is not acceptable service to me.

Waited 4 months and I still don’t have the contact lenses I need. Going back to my old eye doc.
