I arrived 4 hours BEFORE my scheduled appointment because I was nervous about the unexpected and I had opted not to use the fast app/presubmittal due to the tight timeline I was on. The vehicle turn-in process was extremely efficient thanks to the entire team, especially Deon. • Appointment time: 09:00 • Arrival: 08:24 • Reception check-in: 08:24 • Vehicle taken for inspection: 08:24 • Final inspection completed: 08:41 • Departure from VPC: 08:48 Overall, the process was smooth, well-organized, and handled with professionalism.

The professionalism and courtesy from the Baltimore VPC team was much appreciated during a stressful PCS. Our inspector, Deon, offered reassurance and took the time to explain the inspection process as he was conducting it. Take advantage of FastPass and you should be out of there in minutes if your vehicle passes inspection.
