Great experience, the fast pass is great, no stress hoping I have all the paperwork!Everyone was friendly and professional, they answered all of our questions about a future shipment. A special thanks to Deon who was the first person we met and was friendly and efficient the whole process. During a stressful time nice to have an entire office that makes it easy!
If you get a choice, choose the Baltimore VPC. This was a night and day experience from San Diego. Dawit, our inspector, was kind, courteous, and respectful and could probably teach a class on customer service. I made an appointment well ahead of my drop off and completed the FastPass option. Dropping off my vehicle at the VPC for overseas shipment when fast and easy. The administrative staff communicated quickly and effectively with me to ensure the appropriate paperwork was turned in and correct before our appointment. This made everything flow smoothly during our appointment. Deon was our vehicle inspector, he was fast, efficient, and knowledgeable. Overall great experience.
