This VPC location was nothing short of amazing from start to finish. All of the staff was very professional and polite. I had a smooth and seamless experience with Deon for my vehicle inspection. He was thorough and gave a lot of helpful information. I arrived to my appointment an hour and a half early and they were still able to take me. I was in and out of this location within 30 minutes. If I could give 10 stars I would.

I had an outstanding experience with International Auto Logistics on 07/06/2026. My appointment was scheduled for 0900, but they were able to take my vehicle in even earlier, which was a great start to the process. Baltimore VPC made my first time shipping a vehicle overseas so much easier than I expected. Trina was extremely helpful with the FASTPASS process from start to finish. She was very responsive via email when I had trouble uploading my documents and went out of her way to make sure everything was squared away before my appointment.
