They special ordered the wrong flowers for me. I drove 45 min to go pick them up and I got there and they had ordered the incorrect flowers. I showed her 2 different emails in the order email chain in which I specified the flowers; although she recognized that it was their fault, nothing else happened. The manager/owner did not care at all when I told her that I'd driven 45 min to come pick up these flowers that I (now) can't use. There was no problem solving or compensation (ex.
