I'm new to the area and tried to find some good deals for my summer vacation. I wasnt really familiar with the travel agencies in Baltimore area so I went online and did a search. They had some very good deals on their website but I was hesitant to go ahead with the trip online. So i called in to ask a couple of questions - the service was horrendous.
