When it came to scheduling the cleaning of my dryer vent, Bony was excellent right away. We scheduled a time that was ideal. Since having them clean out our dryer ducting, my clothes have been drying on low heat in one cycle opposed to requiring two cycles, which hasn't happened before despite our W/D being new.
