This place is a scam! I bought my daughter a quad from there, and a month later the rear wheel falls off while riding. Fortunately she didn't get hurt, two months after that noises from the front tire started. I took it back for service, they fixed nothing but charged me $100, but he said to ride it Moore that's common for a cheap bike, do to how it was made . Do not take anything to them to service. Very unprofessional said he was gonna ask his supervisor if I could order a part and hung up the phone. Tried calling back and I guess they recognize my number and won't pick up. Straight trash keep your money and go somewhere else
