About this business

Our focus is strength and conditioning. We’re not a weight loss gym. We believe that what your body can do is more important than how much your body weighs. Progress here is measured by performance. Best and most unique gym in the area. Specializes in powerlifting, strength, strongman, a great environment for women’s strength and coaching. Highly recommended

Spartan vibes, yet not intimidating at all, with the sole focus of bettering the body and mind. Clean, well organized, well ventilated and members are very diverse yet all very humble, positive and most importantly mature and respectful. I enjoy the mini anatomy lessons during mobility class.

I have been training with Dan for over 3 years and I have always found the gym to be well maintained and welcoming to all. I am constantly impressed by the physical strength and knowledge about my body that I have gained while working out at Baltimore Kettlebell Club. The gym feels inviting to me as a gay man in my 40s , but also hosts great programs for children and adults over age 60.
