Baltimore Ketamine Clinic is my "oasis" because I am forced to actually relax and separate from life stressors. Ivana and all of her staff (especially Heather) are incredibly kind, accommodating, and compassionate. They are also collaborative with your treatment plan and are thorough with their assessments and ongoing patient education. Highly recommended!
Baltimore Ketamine Clinic is truly one of a kind. From the moment you walk in, it’s clear that their focus is on mental health and creating a safe, supportive experience. The staff are professional, dependable, and genuinely care about people. They go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable, especially during the times you need it most. Five stars doesn’t begin to do justice to Baltimore Ketamine Clinic - Ivana and her team have created a beautiful center with genuinely caring staff. I tried another center before Baltimore Ketamine Clinic and they never could get my insurance to approve the treatment. BKC has always stayed on top of my insurance, helping me to receive treatment without the stress from fighting with my insurer. Very highly recommended!
I don't know where to begin, but I must say that Dr. Turabi and nurse Grace have the best bedside manner. I just did my first infusion and they are professional, informative, and incredibly compassionate. I can't say enough wonderful things about my experience. Dr. Turabi is outstanding at what he does and how he treats his patients.
