Five stars doesn’t begin to do justice to Baltimore Ketamine Clinic - Ivana and her team have created a beautiful center with genuinely caring staff. I tried another center before Baltimore Ketamine Clinic and they never could get my insurance to approve the treatment. BKC has always stayed on top of my insurance, helping me to receive treatment without the stress from fighting with my insurer. Very highly recommended!
I don't know where to begin, but I must say that Dr. Turabi and nurse Grace have the best bedside manner. I just did my first infusion and they are professional, informative, and incredibly compassionate. I can't say enough wonderful things about my experience. Dr. Turabi is outstanding at what he does and how he treats his patients.
Ivana and her staff have made my experience with receiving Spravato therapy so easy, so comfortable, and so warm- I don’t know what more I could even ask for. Ivana is extremely knowledgeable and patient. Her office is professional, but without the sterile, cold feeling one might find in other clinical settings. Everyone has been so kind and supportive on my journey. I started with Spravato when I was emotionally and mentally so low that I felt paralyzed. The difference I have personally experienced has been life-changing.
