They are wonderful. I have severe allergies and they make sure to send either the same crew or have one of them on the team as much as possible and use the cleaning products and vacuum I provide. They are wonderfully kind and thorough and a pleasure to work with.
Great experience and service. Customer service is top notch and the team was incredibly responsive-getting me a quote over quickly without needing to jump through a bunch of hoops. Price was $300 less than our first quote and the service was still immaculate. If this is your first time hiring a service you won't be disappointed!
When the cleaning staff sings while they clean, it's probably a good sign. From first contact to receiving a receipt of payment, everything was smooth with Baltimore HCS. I talked to Paola over the phone and text, and was provided an estimated quote and list of services included. Two women showed up on time the next day and proceeded to spend a little over 2 hours for the deep cleaning service, for our 2-floor row home. I just had my initial cleaning and am thrilled with the results! Elaine and Nhora did an amazing job -- they were thorough, polite, communicative, and left our condo looking gorgeous! I plan to utilize this service on a regular basis and will be requesting Elaine and Nhora again!
